Shiina Ringo on Apple.com

So after numerous PVs that feature allusions to Apple, as well as blatant product placement (Himitsu for DJ or Kurumaya-san, anyone?), Apple decided to promote Ringo herself. Or was it the other way around? Either way, Apple’s website has a promotional page featuring an interview with Shiina Ringo. There is also a downloadable video on the page.
Shiina talks about her plans for 2007, Heisei Fuuzoku, her iPod, Mac and Macbook. Apparently, whenever she hires a person, she gives them an iPod. It’s her attempt to win them over, as if to say “Look, I already bought you an iPod.”
I guess it didn’t work with Hirama Mikio or HZM.
