Bokura no Ongaku - Shiina Ringo x Suzuki Ichiro

Ringo and Ichiro talk about various things, including how Shiina Ringo’s song “Superstar” was played during Ichiro’s baseball introduction in 2006, and ever since then he has been infatuated with the song. Shiina Ringo admires Ichiro and had written the song “Superstar” with Ichiro in mind. He then wanted to meet the singer who wrote such a song, and that later spanned out into a series of intervews between the two, including this one.
Ichiro claims to listen to Tokyo Jihen’s “Adult” album everyday, skipping the song “Superstar” because he feels awkward. At the end of talk show Ichiro asked Shiina Ringo about a recommendation of a song for when he goes to the batter box. Shiina Ringo answered that she will consider to compose a new song for that purpose. So we may hear a new song from Shiina Ringo later in 2007.
